MarkµPDK : Journey Towards Adding new pdk to librelane
tools to look at :
1. openroad
2. librelane (dev branch)
mentioned to refer config.tcl and change the parameter !
will that be enough for any pdk ?

Given any pdk it needs to be structured in open_pdk format:
1. libs.ref : foundry data
2. libs.tech : tehnology and setup files
intital release of skywater pdk (without any struture ): https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk
ciel is package manager with prebuilds
we can also do custom build with open_pdk instruction -- I am going to try it now
Present Supported pdks :
skywater130 : A,B
global foundry : gf180mcu( what is mcu?)

Openroad is independant of the pdks !!!
after routing the drc and signoff should be done

well got stuck with vendor eda tools , looking to support for librelane
