the threat from AI is not being tricked that something fake is real
but being so filled with doubt, we don't believe anything at all, even real photos and videos
again, the issue with the rise of AI slop is not being fooled, but voices like yours muttering "fake fake fake..." under every post

But the main thing is, having used an engine lathe, I'm pretty certain this CAN be done, although working with soft material is a challenge. I remember my grandfather explaining how they could machine rubber parts by freezing them first.
Biggest problem is how do you keep the vegetables food safe without getting oil or metal shavings on them? Tricky!
