Last week I tested a Dell R730 w/ 4x100G NIC. I've found a somewhat smaller machine (the ones IPng Networks itself uses in production).

Hardware: Dell R630
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz
NICs: 2x Mellanox Cx516-CDAT
Throughput: 196G download and 21G upload at 36Mpps
Power: 196 Watts

@kkarhan also check out our 1Gpps and 1.6Tbps publications for the higher bandwidth stuff (albeit not at <200W)

@IPngNetworks I guess it's a comprehensive testing suite that does way more than what #iperf / #iperf3 can do.
