Yeah, I agree more with your way on counting. We can't count ChromeOS or Android as "Linux users".

@[email protected] They certainly wouldn't count Linux users on Manjaro or Fedora as ChromeOS or Android users. It's a fun "square is a rectangle, rectangle is not a square" situation.
