It's definitely the one that isn't cluttered with a lot not the best, and not at all needed, CG people and critters in Mos Eisley. And doesn't have the scene on Mos Eisley between Han and Jabba before the Stormtroopers discover and attack the Millennium Falcon.

Yep, this should be the one where Greedo never got a shot off.
The remaster isn't *entirely* without merit, but aside from Greedo's shot subtracting from the experience, there are bits that don't add to it (especially the scenery porn added to Mos Eisley; the cantina said enough). Though personally I'd defend the Han and Jabba scene in particular.
