3/ First speaker was Matteo Ferrari presenting Lane Patrol https://lanepatrol.com and their work on helping cities assess and plan cycling infrastructure 🚴♀️
4/ next we heard from Núria Julià Selvas of CREAF https://www.creaf.cat about citizen science and how it can help expand the size of datasets, especially in the context of geospatial data where having many measurements from all over can be critical to getting the full picture.
5/ Our next speaker was Alex Lopez from Indra Space tell us about GPS jamming. A big problem in need of dependable solutions.

6/ Maria Guzmán was our 4th speaker of the evening, telling us about GISWater https://www.giswater.org a QGIS plugin for mapping water networks. Maria showed us several interesting aspects of the tool and discussed the global community behind it. Open Source at its best 💪
7/ Last but not least Gerard Margarit took us through some of the earth observation activities at GMV https://www.gmv.com 📡
8/ With the talks concluded it was time to vote for the best speaker ...
