@tveskov My bank is online only. But for a few things, I need to call them. Very rarely.
Today, I had to call them. Provide account numbers and codes. And then go through a menu of options, none of which were clear or obvious.
And then I had to wait. And wait. And I gave up.
Yeah, user service is crap, especially when so much is put online.
