@timriley during his reappearance in April 2013 to release CLOSURE _why also unleashed a lot of mysterious artifacts around the internet including videos, code, social media and audio.

I finally proved my theory that they contained hidden messages.

This is decoded from and hidden within the audio in one artifact.

He also released several linked artifacts in June 2013 that have yet to be decoded.
