@georgetakei TFP don't understand *why* there are internationally-recognized rules of engagement and an entire legal code around conducting warfare.
It's not to impede homeland defense.
It's to establish a consensus among countries - even rival states - of what constitutes unacceptable behavior.
It is a basis for multi-lateral action against the entity that does that to *your own people*
