I think to some extent it is true that if you move your body like you think you're young, you'll help it stay young.

But I think it's also true that in some cases if you move like you're young and you're not, something will snap.

There's a balance.

@clacke I've noticed playing with the boy has this low intensity "move your body" feel to it. When he wants to balance on a ledge, don't dissuade him, try to follow. Small little excercises that will keep you young.
