Godot 4: VHS noise shader (tutorial) - programming.dev

Hello everyone! This time we’ll create a shader that simulates playback from a faulty videotape. Yes, it’s a simulation of an outdated technology that’s almost unknown today, but I still think it’s an interesting effect that can find its place in many games. So let’s get to it.

nice tutorials. could you consider mirroring your videos to peertube perhaps?
I havent used peer tube before but it sounds interesting, where would you reccomend I starting looking into it? I assume it has seperate instances like lemmy does?

Yes, exactly. It is also a federated platform like Lemmy.

You can find instances here: joinpeertube.org/instances

I personally just use peertube.wtf for viewing videos. I don’t upload.

Find a PeerTube platform | JoinPeerTube

Find and create an account among a list of existing PeerTube platforms. Filter PeerTube platforms according to your preferences: by theme, category or language!

JoinPeerTube
Thanks for the suggestion, peertube is new to me. I’ll check it out.
