So now I am wondering if I can do a grovelling apology to manager at Boots?

I accept I was loud and will apologise for that, and happy to even go in and apologise in person. I should not have been loud.

That said, if that works, I need to ask said Boots manager to personally come to my house and apologise for lying to me in the first place, and causing me to be annoyed in the store.

I’ll see if the first step can work first.
