I accept I was loud and will apologise for that, and happy to even go in and apologise in person. I should not have been loud.

That said, if that works, I need to ask said Boots manager to personally come to my house and apologise for lying to me in the first place, and causing me to be annoyed in the store.

If it happens again you could write them a complaint by email but you should consider if it's worth it for something you will likely order again soon anyway, otherwise you're just wasting your own time
