@juliew2010 Thanks, Julie. You're so right. I recalled to a friend today how Jet would grab a toy and squeak it to remind me it was time for his afternoon walk. ❤️
@juliew2010 He played less with his toys towards the end, but one trick he kept up was using a toy to get my attention. Jet's body clock would tell him it was time for his afternoon walk. And if I didn't respond to his nudges to get off my keyboard, he'd grab a toy and squeak it until I gave whatever I was writing and took him for a walk. He was a good dog! ❤️
@tallandtrue Oh, Pearl has this squeaking cow-thing that she starts tossing around and squeaking whenever she’s bored or thinks it’s walk time. Mind you, her walkies time is often 2 hours before real walk time. And you can’t get cranky because they’re just so goofy. Hope you’re feeling ok - it’s a tough time.
