From the FT:

Man, got my fourth (or fifth?!) Moderna jab a few days ago, along with the seasonal flu. I would get boosters every few months if it were recommended, not getting sick in the winter is the best thing.

@mtothevizzah This is also frustrating to hear because they've been improving it meaningfully. I used to spend a day in bed after a booster, but the 2025 version one was milder than a flu shot, and they improved operational stuff like shelf life/refrigeration needs.

@ojrac yeah I went to bed a little early the day of and then ran six miles at 7:40 pace the day after that.
