this article is quite fabulous, by which i mean the actual info it contains. it seems to be a genuinely unambiguously #GoodNewsStory. tbh i thought, very many years ago, that this is exactly how it should unfold, with so-called third-world countries simply jumping right over the filthy fossilfool dependency stage, but year after year it didn't happen so i decided my logic must have been wrong. now though, it is happening, according to this article, & that's just fantastic.
i love it ofc initially for the beneficial effect on Gaia, but i also love it for a spiteful vindictive reason. as this trend accelerates & expands even more, it's going to absolutely bankrupt all the evil fossilfool companies... those arseholes who for so long did monstrous things in undeveloped but oil-rich nations, with their unfettered pollution, & campaigns of intimidation & murder. then, the natural followup will be the sicko countries that have protected these companies, will also get burned, so fuck you merka, russia, middle east et al.
