I've been playing the Animal Crossing DLC while watching Alpha Flight on Desert Bus, so when Biff requested an Alien Cyborg Lab I was inspired!
The exterior features many cacti, a bus stop, a truck masquerading as a bus, and a flying saucer (like on the t-shirt). Interior details in the next post!

Inside are many Desert Bus items: 3 specimen tanks holding a bus, catci, and a strange bear; a studio camera pointing at the tanks; an On Air sign; neon lights in the colors of the shirt; shift banners; a music button; the logo; and Freshy on a scrolling sign.
Also included are Alpha Flight specimens for study: a house of cards, the Task Asker's typewriter, a Blind Bake cupcake, Millennial Monopoly, coffee, and an alphabet poster for Spelling Wasps.

Design Details: Getting the "Desert Bus" text on the logo was really tricky; my spouse @sysopod made a 3 high by 2 wide alphabet that gestures at letters when smoothed by Animal Crossing. (I forgot to credit you, ack, sorry! 💜)
To make Freshy, I took a screencap from the stream, removed the background, cropped it, resized to 32 pixels tall, drew over it pixel by pixel, and then copied it in AC. The scrolling LED sign does weird things to designs, so it took several edits.
