@Willow As a heads-up, I don't really know of any surgeons that do much "customization." I'm sure they can take some things into consideration, but many either have their own style (ie., Suporn Clinic and Min Jun), or sculpt to your body (ie., Bluebond).

If you have a specific outcome you'd like, you might be better shopping for a surgeon whose outcomes look like that.
