ITS HABBENING!!!!! 15 minutes ago on UTwente #WebSDR, I heard a Polish CB op on 27060 kHz FM, checking in w/ other stations, local to him. Suddenly he started hearing DX too. Worked a couple. Gave QTH as KO13oe = Wasilków, ~60km N of me. He then QSYed to 26425 USB. #spaceweather #solarstorm
