I am struggling with Linkedin contact request strtegy, so many people that I don't know want to connect and they dont add a sentence to explain why.

My modus operandi so far: Ignore them and not connect.

Why are people not following by default?

If they also follow the LinkedUI shows their request differently "XYZ followed you and asked to connect" or the like. But the majority just wants to connect and if I ignore they are not even followers.

@beberlei I only connect if I've met and remember them.

@brammm @beberlei I think I would remember somebody if they threw wads of £50 notes at me.
