That would be a sweet dash screen. Make it show your distance to GPS target down to the 100th of a mile or km so you can see it move quickly.

OP looks more like fabric. I don’t have access to the kind of printer that could make what’s shown.

It also looks like it loops around the back? I don’t know if sun-visors are standard enough to make a generic fit, or if this is a custom job.

I thought so too but zoom in on the right hand side by the top of the mirror and it looks like a fabric band around something else (maybe paper - maybe cut from a T-shirt).

Either way, that’s going to fade pretty quickly if left in the sun no matter the paper/fabric/etc.
