@whitequark this is the same list used in e.g. citizenship application, and items like “auctioneer” and “funeral director” strongly hint at the class of people who compiled it imo. I was howling reading it at the time.
Another fun bit is that “professional” means “member of the guild” in this case afair, which is… yeah.
