Okay, I appreciate all feedback regarding my back spasms issue.

Only consensus seems to be that I should get off the recliner, maybe also I should do sciatica relief stretches.

I've returned to some of the core strength exercises recommended by my PT guy.

@craignewmark A rebounder changed my life for crampy spasm issues. I stand at my station all day, by choice. At least 2x's a day I rebound for 15 mins. At end of day 20 minutes. Feel free to ask any questions. I am Not a rep or networker of products. Just an old-guy that is Now a rebounder fan.
