We're making it so easy for companies to steal our data if we refuse to use separates 😞

The other good thing about separates is being able to swap them out easily if something breaks or you want to upgrade part of the setup. The old hifi audio systems where everything was separate did this right 👍

A couple of hundred Twitter accounts got suspended late Wed evening. The reason was always the same:

Your account was detected by our systems and automatically suspended for violating the X Rules.

Specifically, for:

Violating our rules against inauthentic behaviors.

People appealed, then 24 hours later the accounts slowly had the suspensions lifted without any explanation via email. As far as I can (...)

@lonseidman tell, most of these people were using 3rd party applications to access X. Although one affected person had indicated they had only used official apps.

Like YouTube Community strikes, no official explanation is forth coming, so the end users are left in the dark on what they actually did wrong.

@pcguy8088 Mine got suspended after the Artemis I launch - their AI thought the rocket launch video I uploaded was porn!

@lonseidman The thing with this suspension of all these accounts no one has any idea what caused the suspension. I am using Twitter less these days. Currently using the website UI which is a PIA compared to 3rd party app I was using.
