They are nefariously pushing the narrative that this is the ONLY way to satisfy Article 3, and that measured, targeted, evidence-backed approaches specifically dealing with preventing these atrocities in the first place don't exist.

It allows them to put the opposition to this insidious proposal in the same camp as CSAM producers and distributers.
