@georgetakei Republicans have a #healthcare plan, you're on your own, sick or swim, don't be poor. There are countries where the goal is to create conditions such that most everyone succeeds some way or another. In the #US we have conditions where too many folks are not succeeding. That 1/8 of the population needs assistance with food is a repudiation of the system. #poverty
