Oh, in case you people are not aware, YouTube is mistakenly deleting/banning legit channels, and by "YouTube" I mean their automated AI systems.

Popular Tech Youtuber Enderman looses his YouTube channel after AI error - Lemmy.World

I’ve been watching him since I think 2020. He made some of the best tech content of YouTube and I’ve never seen another individual have more knowledge of Windows internals than him. He was accused by Youtube in the past many times for spreading viruses in the description of some of his videos. This time it was a copyright violation of some random Japanese channel, with no relation to his channel. It is very possible this error was made by the new AI YouTube copyright detection bots. @dropdan It turned out they're all paid out by a third party company for people blocked by things like sanctions on Russia.

@Jay42 wait, so they hired a company to pay them what they would get if there weren't any sanctions affecting their region? So they were probably caught for circumventing the sanctions?
I'm honestly trying to understand.

@dropdan The one Japanese gacha channel got copyright strikes. We think the rest were caught in the net because they used this same processor, making them look like they had a link when people like Endermanch, Scrachitgames, 4096RED, etc. have no idea who that was.

@Jay42 ohh, so there's definitely some mistake on Google's part involved. I mean, at least it looks like it... Anyways thanks again, I'm gonna do some research on it, it's kinda interesting.

@Jay42 good for them. But the fact that this happened is really stupid. Because as it looks it was another case of automated termination, without any human analysis. And it's been happening a lot on the website.
