Did you amend your mother's will & trust to name the lawyer &/or his/her firm to be the executor& trustee of her will & trust in order to administer the disposition of her estate?
My sister & niece are designated the 1st & 2nd executor & trustee of my will & trust but I named a local #TrustCompany to be the 3rd because I do not have any other relatives who I can trust to do the job.
My #guns & #cars are the only assets that are not included in my trust & have to be sold or transferred separately thru by the executor thru my will.
