@sumerian is there a good intro read you can recommend on how these are made?

I count 18 "stokes" as we call them with Japanese kanji - "imprints" is prolly a better word - plus the weird curve at the far right, but they are all different sizes, which means they must have been switching out tools over and over on every word (I think I count 6 differently sized imprints on just this word)

I can't imagine how long it must have taken to write anything of significance
