SuperDicq@Juggo Yes, wireless would mean I would have to deal with dongles I can lose and batteries that need to be charged or replaced.

Ah, well that's fair enough.
I used to have a wireless mouse, but ended up using it wired anyway in the end for the same reason.
I asked cause I thought there was some software / license reason to it.
