@lapcatsoftware I ended up upgrading to Tahoe on one machine because of this trick. Yes, I accept that I just quickly went click, click and started the upgrade. So yes, it's my fault. But as you rightly say, what they do there is diabolical.

@dbarros no, it’s not your fault. They made the behavior intentionally confusing and broke a long history of user trust to trick people into upgrading

@lapcatsoftware And despite I know it, I always wonder how to get to this “other updates” screen when a new Sequoia or STP update is available. 

Edited: it was Sequoia, not Sonoma.
