For 40k, I've been watching a lot of bricky (also does non warhammer stuff so I've linked a specific video) and krakduk. (does the annoying youtuber voice, if that gets on your nerves it might not be the channel for you)

There is also the lexicanum for everything 40k, old fantasy, and age of sigmar.

Also if you want to watch funny series with a disappointment of an ending (FUCK YOU GW) Warhammer TTS is a good place to start. Though some warning the team that did that are now doing a series based on World of Darkness set in North Norfolk England, they also have a Mage campaign set in the same setting but it takes place in Norfolk Virginia.
