Why we call it booting 
@stux and often that was also the way we accidentally turned it off.

@schmitzel76 @stux I remember a model of desktop PC where the power pushbutton protruded from the case front even in the ‘on’ state, and was the exact same height as the back edge of the keyboard. Pushing the keyboard back against the computer would switch it off!

…except, the button activated on release. So, if you heard the ‘click’ you’d realise you’d armed it. The trick then was to hold the keyboard against the case for as long as it took to save your WIP and shutdown everything cleanly!

@aspragg @stux it could be worse. I had a big tower under my desk, where the reset button was at knee height. Pressed that one so often while adjusting my seating position.
