Any argument about the type, or even the exact price of a phone it totally irrelevant. The discussion is simply, is a phone needed for access to stuff in the pyramid of needs - healthcare, state benefits, a roof over your head, food? Increasingly yes is the answer - so the basic point Qasim makes is correct.
