It’s disappointing to see the experts the media chose to talk to about the BOM site upgrade.

It’s not good for the design industry when it’s geography and agricultural experts talking about website design.

I’m sure the rollout could’ve been done better, but the level of change was always going to generate a massive level of complaint.
