The Israeli state is busy proving that it should never have been created in the first place.

It is an occupying force, created by colonial powers extend their influence on the Middle East, where they should rightly be treated as precisely what they are: colonial powers that prop up anti-democratic regimes all over the world.

@holdenweb That’s a strong statement. Do you think there’s any way for Israel to exist without being seen as a colonial project, or is its very foundation inherently illegitimate in your view?
@kelseyhooper39 It could make a start by stopping behaving like a colonial state. A single secular state with pre-1948 borders and equal rights for all would seem the fairest solution given the horrible situation Britain created. But there is no easy way to turn the clock back on exploitation and genocide.
