(a) Plant pest and disease management and disaster prevention.—Section 420(f) of the Plant Protection Act (7 U.S.C. 7721(f)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (5), by striking “and” at the end; (2) by redesignating paragraph (6) as paragraph (7); (3) by inserting after paragraph (5) the following: “(6) $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2025; and”; and (4) in paragraph (7) (as so redesignated), by striking “$75,000,000 for fiscal year 2018” and inserting “$90,000,000 for fiscal ye...
