Went out for a run on the bike path aong Sakaigawa River just before the sunset. The temperature was around 15C. I wore a long-sleeve shirt. Ran 13 km super easy. Felt strong till the end. Not much traffic on the cycling road. Greeted with a few familiar faces. #runing
