YHWH is righteous and His judgments are upright.  He commanded His testimonies in righteousness and faithfulness. 

Zeal has consumed the Psalter, for YHWH's enemies forgot His words.  His Word is pure; the Psalter loves it. 

Even though the Psalter is small and despised, and in anguish and trouble, he does not forget YHWH's precepts and delights in His commandment.
