Don’t get me wrong, the entire election was not free and fair - the right did everything they could to suppress the vote and I don’t doubt they managed to tamper with the results in some places.

I just don’t think that’s what he said. He has long claimed that the elections are rigged against him, he’s just bragging that he won anyway.
