I’ve never said this out loud before, but here it is - I hate my job.
It’s not about the students - they’re not the problem.

The real problem is the administration.
The biggest enemies of teachers are the ones running the schools - the ones who love pretending to be your "allies.”

Then, even during vacations, they insist everyone must be “kept busy.”
Pointless busywork for the sake of reports.

The saddest part? My own quirk: I can’t focus on music whenever I feel that I have to go to work.
