We tax them. They leave.

Every country taxes them. They leave.

Now they live in international waters on giant boats. They hate it. The food is awful. They get norovirus a lot.

The world carries on, considerably better off.

@GrantMeStrength If they hold a US passport they still have to pay taxes and to get rid of their passport they have to pay an upfront percent of their assets and should be forced out of the company if its based in the US.
