@rgby agree, but also the salary gap is important for a competitive League. No one want a situation like in Football. The the salary gap should grow with the General income of the Game.
@RugbyNerd I agree. It’s tricky because there are so many interests involved. What about the strength of the domestic league, or the national team. Maybe player warfare is important enough to limit playing time. But you want to maximize income. So more games. And so on and so on. I think every country has its own considerations so there’s no single answer that’s correct for all. But it’s key to always keep evaluating and adapting
