many years ago, when i was training to be a surgeon, i became a member of the association of surgeons of India. I am not a surgeon, and ive told the association this many times and stopped paying my fees, but they dont care, as a result of this, my inbox is constantly filled with invitations to various surgical conferences. and because most of what a surgeon does is on the GI tract about half of these have to do with the butthole. today i have an invitation to the FISTULACON .
the practice of medicine might be going through a reliability crisis but since the beginning of time, you can rely on the surgeon's fascination with the butthole. this is a national level conference btw where they talk about the buttholes and the extra holes buttholes develop as a result of infections.Yes, a national abnormal holes in buttholes conference.
one of my profs used to say, you can identify who will be a good surgeon by how eagerly they do a PR. So what if the patient has a neck nodule, no surgical exam is complete without the PR.
honestly though, this is a good mark of someone you want operating on you. the PR test is gold.
