anyway it still results in a share of...irritants, id call them, one of which being tight muscles that are harder to have relax; primarily in the limbs but also in many other areas as well so in this particular time my pt had signed me up for a massage to help with that. before your mind goes to a certain point, no, it wasn't that. she was very nice. the two of them were friends or acquaintances from somewhere, idk.
anyway, she was talking to me and asking...

me questions about myself and all that jazz. tbh i don't remember all that much. but soon after she asked me about friends and I told her about my best friend...she stopped. it was a vibe/energy shift of some kind can't articulate. she went to my pt and they had a whispered, hushed conversation of some sort. i vaguely remember her talking to me about energy prior throughout, i should mention.
anyway, after some time she came back; everything went on as normal.

nobody told me what happened or what it was about. i was too uncertain to push much, so i never did
ive never been certain about things beyond this realm, reality, whatever the fuck you might choose to call it. ive heard things nobody else did, my mom said she could see things, spirits 🤷
but...i don't know. im truly agnostic. don't know. im not certain about anything like that but..i bet she felt something at that moment. or saw something. or at the very least, she thought she did.
