@dutchbarracuda i think https://foundryvtt.com/ might be close to what you are looking for. Does have a market place for extra stuff like roll20 but not sure if DnD can be run without touching that part.

@Trigo Already got it and use it, and there's a 5e.tools module for it, even character creator/manager.
Sadly, it is very much not mobile/tablet friendly.
Perfect for playing desktop/laptop games, terrible for meatspace which is what I want.
