Amazon’s Ring has announced a partnership with Flock, a network of AI-powered license plate readers, to allow the police and ICE request footage from owners of Ring doorbell cameras to help with investigations.

This is the first I’ve heard of interoperability across apps aimed at better supporting law enforcement instead of end users.
