URGENT UPDATE: Senators Blumenthal and Blackburn plan to push a vote on the Kids Online Safety Act as soon as the shutdown ends and the U.S. Government is reopened (i.e. by the end of this year).

They plan to do this by attaching KOSA to a "child safety" package that the House Energy and Commerce committee will vote on.
