1. Enable RPMFusion:

2. Configure multimedia codec/ffmpeg-full support:
https://rpmfusion.org/Howto/Multimedia

3. Disable fedora flatpaks (fedora's own flatpak remote):
[Terminal command]
sudo flatpak remote-delete fedora
sudo flatpak remote-delete fedora-testing

4. Enable Flathub:
[Terminal command]
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

Always select flathub on the Software store if available. Try to avoid the terminal.
