I am genuienly not even trying to rude, I am just actually baffled.

Like, I currently live in the midwest.

… Seeing a group of people like this, who all have basically the same body build and fitness level… like yes, the stocky endomorph build is stereotypically associated with Midwesterners, and I do notice more of them here than where I’m from, other places I’ve spent s good deal of time in.

But walking into any random public space and seeing this group of people would still be very fucking odd, unless maybe they were all over 55 years old.
