Um, isn’t discord and telegram technically the dark net? I always thought the dark net was just direct communication lines and direct links to self-hosted sites/data from individuals.
I think it’s the deepweb that is unindexed and privately-accessible communications. Mentally I reserve the darkweb for complete obfuscation of identity, e.g. Tor.
